Frances


A long-time teacher is retiring.




Frances was a teacher at the boys' daycare center since before William started there in the infant room. In fact, she was the infant room lead teacher. Although she wasn't William's primary caregiver then, she certainly knows him well, and she'd sometimes look after him when I'd have to leave him in her classroom during board meetings.

Also, she was James' primary caregiver when he was in the infant room.

Today was Frances' last day at the daycare center. She's leaving for Pennsylvania to be closer to her own family. We contributed photos to a scrapbook put together by the staff and families in her honor, as a farewell gift.

When I picked up the boys, I brought them by the infant room for a goodbye. She will be missed by the entire school.
